Red Door By Elizabeth Arden For Women, Body Lotion 6.8 Ounces, is a lotion that says “I am Woman, hear me roar”. It’s one you may want to use for those really “special” occasions, where you want to be noticed and remembered. With the scent of a bouquet of newly cut roses,mixed with other lighter fragances, it’s powerful, yet not over-powering. As a fragrance it is long lasting and you won’t want or need any other added scents with this one.
The lotion, as you might expect from Elizabeth Arden is luxuriant. A little goes along way. As a moisturizer, it absorbs into the skin, softens and works well, but doesn’t last all day(or night).
A good deal here as compared to the cost in department stores.

Red Door is an exceptionally warm perfume with a deeply enveloping smell. At the same time however, it is not too heavy and can be worn during the day, although most people might prefer to wear this at night. If you like sweet, musky, perfumes but not something too overwhelming then this is definitely one to buy.

Got this for the wife person. she loves it, and damn does she ever smell good. Im too old to chase her around the house, but I might be able to trip her as she goes past.

I love the soft scent of Red Door. This is a great product to wear if you work with the public. The scent lasts all day. I am always receiving comments on my fragrence.

The first time I smelled this, yes it was on my mom (who was and still is one of the classiest women I know). I was a teenager then and I fell in love with it. I’m kind of perplexed that people say it’s only for old women or moms. I started using hers and even as a teen, everytime I wore it, I got compliments. I’m 27 now and each and every time I wear it, I get stopped and asked what it is I’m wearing. It just seems to work exceptionally well with my body chemistry. So much so that it’s only one of two perfumes I ever wear. It rocks as a winter scent, but paired with the right chemistry and a breeze on warm bare skin in summer, it’s out of this world.
The undertone is deep, rich, and warm, at it’s peak it’s just a touch of sweet. I think any woman should give it a try to see if it’s right on them. It’s not for every chemistry. I’ve smelled it on other women and it wasn’t the same. Remember that not all scents smell the same on all women. What may smell incredibly sexy on one woman, may not smell so great on another. That’s why it’s important to try it, walk around with it for awhile and then decide. Test drive your perfumes ladies. You’ll save yourself some money and disappointment.
Anyway, you are an incredibly lucky woman if your chemistry works well with this perfume. The only people luckier are the those who get to smell you.
