I have, unfortunatley, inherited a family trait of significantly dark circles under the eyes that are severe in nature, and a little scary looking. I HAVE TO USE CONCEALER to venture out in public and not be mistaken for the undead. Seriously, I have invoked true concern about the state of my health. I have been advised to stopped living life in the fast lane from acquaintances who are not familiar with my familial curse. I have been to skin care specialist and physicians who confirm I have not much hope to deal with this problem other than through the use of cosmetics. I have found products that have worked fairly well, but after a few hours, do little more than give me beige tinted dark cicles. UNTIL NOW!!! Oh my goodness, this stuff goes on smoothly, covers like you would not believe…and lasts…really lasts for hours, and hours…all day, all party, all outdoor activity what ever I have done with makeup on…it has maintained its effect. People have been telling me how refreshed, and bright my appearance is. Yes, this stuff is a bit expensive for a concealer, but it is a good sized compact. Also, it does not take much to do the trick. I am humbled by the awesomeness of this makeup. Did I tell you how much I like this stuff?

I have found Benefit’s “Boi-ing” to be one of the better concealers on the market today. It may seem a little pricey but a little goes a long way. I bought mine about two years ago, with the “Lemon-Aid” and haven’t hit bottom yet. I still have plenty and what is there is still fresh smelling and soft. I think if you try to use too much, you will end up with creases and clumps. Benefit’s products go a long way and less is always more. The medium color was a perfect match and I find the coverage to be excellent.
I give Benefit Cosmetics high marks for value and quality. You shouldn’t hesitate, they’re great!

This is a very heavy cream concealer that I found a bit hard to apply. And it gathered in the creases by end of day. You might have to mix light and medium, or medium and dark to get your best shade, as these are a bit extreme. On the whole, I prefer a wand or tube concealer that is less thick and waxy.

I have had the most horrible dark circles all my life. And I’m talking about “did someone just punch you!?” dark circles. I’ve tried hundreds of products promising to work. But Boi-ing is the only one to ever make them just completely disappear! The product is thick, so I suggest lightly running your middle or ring finger in a little circle over the product first, as opposed to just swiping some off. It will make the product more moist, easier to apply. And a little goes a LONG way. If you over-apply it will crease. And also remember that Benefit tags this as an “industrial strength under eye concealer.” And that it is, but it wasn’t intended as an all-over face concealer.

I have never had much luck with concealers, trying everything from really high-end products to mid-range to cheap products and nothing gave me full but light coverage. At last my search is over–this is the perfect concealer! Not only does it take away both blueness (under my eyes) and redness (around my nose), but it somehow also manages to take 10 years off my face at the same time! Just a few light dabs–fingers are better than brushes–and I’m on my way. The pot is a marvellous shape for slipping into my bag for quick touch-ups during the day as well.
