I’ve tried the shadows & had to return the products to the store. Problem…loose powder with fall out. I wear contact lenses, which caused a great deal of pain as the day wore on. I have sensitive eyes but have never had such a horrible reaction to eye shadow before. The colors are amazing & looked beautiful on my skin tone (African American & Asian). I just wish I could wear the eye shadows. I don’t know what is in the product or maybe because it’s a loose powder but I find it very difficult to wear and my eyeballs suffer. I feel like I’ve got sand in my eyes (more like big rocks) & the whites of my eyes look so red, itch, & hurt. I remember waking up one morning (I was stubborn & wouldn’t give up on the product) with my eyes extremely puffy & sensitive to the touch. OUCH! That’s when I finally gave up wearing ALL THEIR eye shadows. Needless to say I was upset at the clerk’s reaction when I told her what happened. Her comment was that all of their products are natural (as if she didn’t believe my story). I told her the loose powder is the problem!!! I was so insulted.

This is by far my favorite eyecolor combo, and I ALWAYS get complimented on my eyes whenever i wear this makeup kit. I rarely foil them, I just wear them as is, casual to work and out at night (sometimes I foil if going to a club/bar).
Love love love. I bought the kit for my Sister in Law and she looooooves it too.

I was fortunate enough to receive this product for free via Sephora’s VIB program and well i’m glad i didn’t pay for it. The colors are very nice, smooth and easy to apply but the difference in terms of color are very small, as in, the are both just silver glittery shadows with one being slightly more pink. They do however, look great over a darker base color, doesn’t matter if its a black, navy or even purple one, the glitter adds an amazing dimension to your look. The brush isn’t that good, I’d reccomend getting on that is a bit better, maybe a MAC 242.

I love the colors and the double ended brush. I do like the larger side better, it’s offers more control. To avoid fall out I slowly build up the color. You can’t pack it on from the start. Either color looks great on top of MAC black cream color base or shark skin shade stick.
