Now I’ve finally learned my lesson. All the glowing recommendations in the world won’t replace the fact that you need to try products out in a brick and mortar before getting fooled by hype. “Waterproof” does NOT mean “oil proof!” If the skin around your eyes is oily (and oily is by far preferable to dry), the BADgal liner is just another black pencil. It’s out of my cosmetics bag and into the reject pile for this one. NO STAYING POWER. And the black isn’t all that intense against my lovely brown skin. Benefit, if you’re going for a velvety-deep black, then go for it! Not your best work. So disappointed!
On second thought… this IS an effective pencil for the winter, but my city’s summer humidity wrestled this liner down to the ground!

The product really works. I heard about it on THE VIEW and so decided it must be a quality product, and it is.
