   I am very happy with this product. Be careful when ordering. I thought that 1 1/4 was a 1 and 1/4 inch wide flat iron. It was a 1/4 inch flat iron. I had to return it and it took a very long time to get an exchange for the correct one I wanted.

   I bought this flat iron to replace my old HAI flat iron which lasted me 4 1/2 years. I bought the same exact model because I loved it so much. It is so easy to use and very light weight. I use it to straighten my ends and use it to curl my hair. I LOVE THIS product. I would highly recommend it.

   I’ve gone through two of these straighteners already, and am now purchasing a third. This straightener works very well, heats up fast, and had many different heat settings. I have pretty thick hair and it usually only takes me about 30 minutes to straighten it with this straightener. The only problem is about every two years it breaks, and just starts shutting itself off. If you move the cord around it works sometimes, but mine just now completely stopped working. I’m not sure how long straighteners usually last, but this straightener has worked well for me being that I use it every day.

   For the price, this flat iron does the job. I have long, thick, fine hair which doesn’t always respond well to being straigtened. As long as I also use Kerastase oleo relax slim, this flat iron does the job and keeps my hair straight all day long in the humid Georgia summers.
