This is not the “real thing”. I have been using Paloma Picasso Eau De Parfum for at least 15 years so I know what the “real thing” smells like and so does my husband. Either this is a fake or it is so old that the fragrance has changed.
Whichever it is, I feel as though I have been cheated. Unfortunately I cannot return it because it has been opened and tried.
However, I would like to caution others not to trust this vendor based on my experience.
I give this a ZERO STAR rating, no matter what the review publishes because I noticed there are 2 stars and I cannot change that now.

I first smelled this perfume on a colleague of mine, about a year ago. Every time she walked by me I got a whiff of this heavenly scent that she wore nearly every day. So, I finally stopped her and asked what she was wearing. I’d never heard of it, so I jumped online and looked it up, found a bottle and bought it. I couldn’t wait to try it out, so when the perfume finally arrived I put it right on. Imagine my disappointment when I smelled a scent totally unlike the one I’d experienced. On me it was overpoweringly musky, nothing like the seductive fragrance I’d smelled on my colleague. But, an odd thing happened. I didn’t wash it right off, and when I smelled it again about 30 minutes later it had become the alluringly sensual perfume I’d fallen in love with. In fact, the longer I wore it the better it smelled. Obviously it depends on your body chemistry to achieve it’s bloom. Now, I wear it when I go out in the evenings, and people comment on how wonderfully sexy it smells. If you buy this perfume don’t judge it too quickly, as I did….give it a little time and you’re sure to love it. You only need to use a little, and it lasts for HOURS.

This is the best perfume that I have ever used. I tried Estee Lauder, Lancome, and I always come back to Paloma. The scent is wonderful and it stays on your clothes for a long time. BUY IT TODAY!

I smelled Paloma Picasso on someone else and it was wonderful, so I ordered it for myself. It doesn’t smell so good on me. I should have tried it out before I actually bought it.

I have always purchased this in a Department Store. The cellophane wrapper wasn’t sealed in the usual tight way. The perfume doesn’t quite have the scent I’m used to, its either old, or lost some of its original good scent in the ‘process’,
since it wasn’t sealed the way I’m used to, I have to wonder, I won’t order this through Amazon again.
