I did a rather extensive search and review of flat irons before I decided to purchase this as a present for my upper teen daughter. I was intrigued by the various qualities of the product–it sounded good, especially in regard to not being damaging to the hair. My daughter loves it! Her hair is long and has been damaged from previous flat irons, hair coloring, etc. Her hair is shiny and smooth after use of the Croc. She also reports that it heats up very quickly–which she likes, and does not burn her hair.
